At Baseball MSC, we believe in the human body's potential to become the best version of oneself as an athlete. We believe that hard work and commitment to training equates to realization of pushing beyond that potential and achieving life-long, sustainable goals.
The approach at Baseball MSC is to assess, design and implement program specific checkpoints while working towards longer term objectives. Each athlete will receive one on one support with continuous feedback and a weekly practice protocol between sessions.
With over 30 yrs of playing and coaching baseball, Nick's approach to youth improvement is focused on developing proper baseball mechanics first, followed by strength training & conditioning. Nick's passion is unparalleled when it comes to his desire and ability to encourage young athletes to aspire to excellence.
Nick shares his life with his wife of 20 years, Rebecca, and their five amazing kids. He picked up his first baseball around age 2 and has not put it down since. Seeing his love for the game, Nick's parents put him into Little League around the age of four. Before long, he was recruited out of high school into playing baseball as a catcher in college. After college he worked hard for many years in the corporate arena but then decided that time with his family and pursuing his passion of coaching meant more than anything a paycheck could bring.On any given day, you will find Coach G at the cages, at the field, running trail races or spending time with his family exploring the beautiful Sierra Foothills.

1.5 HR- Join us for hitting fundamentals, tee work and live hitting.
1.5 HR- Join us for pitching fundamentals and live pitching.
1.5 HR- Join us for catching fundamentals, framing, blocking, throws to 2nd and live catching.
1.5 Join our resistance training class specializing in strengthening power at the plate, arm velocity & running speed. Specialty strength training through nutrition and long distance running programs also available per client need.
Choose $350 worth of the classes that are most important to you, once a week, each month. *$50 credit with purchase.
2 days a week- arm care and strengthening, plyometrics and winter conditioning. A must for the off season. *16 total sessions. Use the Chat box or call me for more specific details.
